Our CapGroups
White Cap’s employee resource groups connect associates who share common interests, dimensions of identity and experiences.
The BuildHER CapGroup supports the growth, success, inclusivity, and representation of women across the White Cap organization. The group offers opportunities for professional development, resource-sharing, networking, intentional dialogue, and paying it forward in our local communities.
The Mental Health Awareness CapGroup brings associates together as peers, not counselors, to increase awareness and provide education as it relates to mental health. The group is committed to demystifying the stigma of mental health within our own organization and the greater society.
The SOMOS CapGroup advocates for better business practices and increased awareness of the needs of Hispanics in construction. Participants advance the personal and professional development of the Hispanic construction community while celebrating its vast diversity.
