Job Summary
Responsible for leading the development and execution of the marketing analytics strategy to provide data, insights, and reporting to the marketing department and cross-functional stakeholders.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Lead and manage a team of analysts to deliver meaningful insights that guide marketing strategy and decisions.
Develop and implement marketing analytics processes and methodologies.
Create and execute the data visualization roadmap for the marketing department.
Lead high-level analytical exercises that provide marketing and business intelligence to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide actionable insights.
Communicate data, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams through clear and compelling presentations.

Solutions require analysis and investigation.
Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. May recommend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors.
Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff.
Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders through strong storytelling.
Advanced SQL, advanced data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and advanced Excel - REQUIRED
Salary range: $111,000 to 183,000
