White Cap Supply Holdings provides specialty concrete and construction products serving professional concrete contractors and self-performing general contractors, as well as all professional contractors who require power tools and accessories, safety equipment, and fastening products in non-residential, residential and other markets.
In addition to value-add services, White Cap Supply Holdings offers a portfolio of 400,000 SKUs that include concrete accessories and chemicals, engineered materials and fastening systems, steel products, tools and equipment, building envelope, safety and consumables, and wood products.

Job Description & Qualifications
Develops and oversees strategic and long-range e-Business goals, including executing digital strategies for omni-channel customer experience, expansion, and investment priorities. Prioritizes and measures new technologies and capabilities to accelerate revenue growth.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Leads the e-Business function by executing e-Business strategies, creative direction, content, enhancements, functionalities, and revenues.
Develops annual e-Business plans, including qualitative and quantitative goals. Identifies strategic partnerships and operational support needs.
Maintains an innovative and modern digital platform that supports sales and marketing teams on promotions, product launches, special offers, customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and overall content.
Recommends, develops, and executes e-Business strategies, including search engine optimization, newsletters, e-blasts, podcasts, online promotions, blogs, and interactive tools that enhances the user experience and ensures customer onboarding and usage.
Manages and interfaces with managers on the technical development, programming, and maintenance of digital properties.
Optimizes digital properties for conversion, revenue, customer value, and profitability by developing plans to enhance the online experience throughout the purchasing process.
Oversees site profitability, including revenue optimization and expense management. Identifies new online development and revenue opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams on online sales strategies.
Nature and Scope
Problems are typically defined by higher level leadership. Problems are difficult. Solutions require analysis and investigation.
Decides how to achieve planned results within an organization's plans, policies, and guidelines. May set or change plans/goals within respective department or area.
May manage department via multiple layers of managers OR directly supervise a staff of professional individual contributors at the senior or technical advisor level.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.
Preferred Qualifications & Job Specific Details
5+ years of creative, strategic, and online marketing experience in e-Commerce with profit and loss responsibility.
Business-to-business industry experience.
Experience managing outside vendors and technology project implementation.
International marketing experience.
