Responsible for partnering with the M&A teams and other functional leaders to integrate business operations.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Collaborates with cross-functional leaders at all stages of the integration process while functioning as a thoughtful strategic people partner.
Evaluates the achievement of specific financial measures and leading indicators throughout the integration/transition period. Provides Ad Hoc Analytics support to business functions as part of the integration efforts.
Develops, updates, and presents to executive leadership on implementation plans and results.
Supports the integration of people programs, processes and systems to support successful company acquisitions. Assists with the development of the long-term integration playbook including outlining the integration steps and documenting processes.
Serves as a strategic business partner to develop strong, proactive , and collaborative working relationships across the organization.
Monitors and analyzes post acquisitions results with respect to all business functions by using data analysis.
Supports implementing initiatives that encourage and connect cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of acquired companies.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 8+ years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
Preferred Qualifications & Job Specific Details
Demonstrated experience in corporate development, consulting, finance, and/or highly analytical program management roles.
